Live Artists

Live creation is the focus of our Art Walk! Create live for thousands of visitors on Saturday, July 13. Fill out the application below to share your artistic process with the Mar Vista community.

Live artists will be assigned spots at our main music stages or in front of local businesses. You'll have roughly 6 x 4 feet of space (give or take a few feet!) to set up your work station and any existing work you have for sale. You will need to bring your own lighting and materials. You can bring a couple small tables and chairs and free standing grid walls / displays, as long as they don't block the business entrance or signage.

The Block Party, curated by Edrok One, happens at the east end of the Art Walk, around the Council Thrift Shop. If this is the section you’d like to be in, visit their site directly.

Canopies are only allowed at our Premium Vendor spaces ($115) or on areas with larger sidewalks along the walk. We will let you know if you are placed in one of these areas.

THEME

The theme for the Saturday, July 13, 2019 Art Walk is Get Around!

We're celebrating and exploring alternative transportation, adding shuttles, LA Metro bikes, and more to our event! The biggest news? We're partnering with Venice Art Crawl to expand our reach from the Beach to the 405!
